If it is a crime related issue please call Manatee County Sherrif. After you have notified the Sherrif you can notify the gate house that the Sherrif was called at 941-746-2167. For Roving Patrol call 863-843-2223.
If you live in a sub association, a condo, townhome or duplex, and have alarm or maintenance issues call the property manager for that sub association.
